This week training

Hi!!

Tomorrow or actually tonight the Regionals WOD´s are coming out.. I cannot lie but I am really exited to se what is coming!

I will have some fun with my coffee tomorrow morning 😉

 

John trained with me yesterday and here is the training we did.

Strength: 

I did 3 rounds with 2 min rest between rounds:

1 Deadlift 160kg, 1 Press 70kg, 1 Front squat 125kg, 1 Pull-up 48kg

My deadlift felt good yesterday so I tried for new PR. 190kg is my new PR 🙂

Metcon:

3 rounds for time:

  • 400m row
  • 5 Sandbag Clean 15kg
  • 3 Muscle ups
  • 400m run
  • 5 Sandbag Clean 15kg
  • 3 Muscle ups

My time 12:45
