Protein Shake Recipe

Here is a protein shake recipe for you. I usually have protein after exercising and then I just mix it with water. But when I’m at home I like to make something more of it! This is what I usually do:

Frozen berries (ca one cup)
Coconut milk (ca 1/3 of a can)
Water (as much as you need)
Progenex Belgian Chocolate Protein (1-2 spoons)
Mix it all together in a blender.
READY!!

I like to have my shake very thick so I put as little water as I can in it … tastes like ice cream 🙂
