Training at 6:30 with Mikaela

This morning I trained with my friend Mikaela. We have simular working hours and we both think it’s great to start the day early … with a good CrossFit workout! Today we followed a program made by Númi. This is what we did:

OTM for 6 minutes
2xback squat (90% pr)

Rowing (90%)
30s rowing – 30s vila, 25s rowing – 35s vila, 20s rowing – 40s vila, 15s rowing -45s vila, 10s rowing – 50s vila

Metcon
9 – 7 – 5 – 3
OHS (45kg)
200 m run in between

We finished our training with some core exercises

3×30 Russian twist (10kg plate)
3×10 T2B
3×12 GHD sit-ups in Nordics new GHD machine

 

Great workout with a great training partner 🙂
