Super simple paleo pancake recipe

There is nothing better then to start the day with a nice home made brunch! I usually like to have my brunch healthy and simple. Today I had egg, bacon, blood orange and paleo pancakes for brunch. The paleo pancakes only require 3 ingredients, ingredients people usually have at home. (The recipe comes from Mark’s Daily Apple). This is what you need:

2 bananas
1 egg
2 tablespoons of almond butter (I use peanut butter)
I also added little vanilla ectract but you can also add other flavoring extracts

Mash the bananas and put them in a food blender. Add the egg and peanut butter. Mix until combined. Heat coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Use a scoop to pour each pancake into the frying pan.

Tataaaaa…

These pancakes are really good just plain, but it is also very good to use blended berries as a tooping.
