Amanda as RX – slow but a PB!

Amanda was on my programming today!

Didn´t know what to expect although I knew it would not be a fast Amanda..  Really wanted to focus on good technique and no failed reps.

I had three failed lifts but no failed muscle ups!

I had to go back and look at my result from my last Amanda.  It was 12 minutes and I had 42.5 kg on the bar!

It was not  fast Amanda, but faster then last time =)

When I got injured I told myself that something good is going to come out of this. Training smarter and more rest seems to have been good for Mrs Jacobsen =)

This video is from this weekend at SVDA 12. I love everything that has to do with handstand.

Today I tried to go back down again from handstand to V-support, and I did it! I was surprised that I could do it!!

    Åh, måste testa det där passet. Våndas lite inför MU! Men det är då man ska ta tjuren vid hornen och köra!
    Kram på re. Sjukt bra att du har bättre tid nu än förr. Med tanke på ja du vet!

    Härlig video.
    Ahh, minnena från gymnastiken i klass 1A i lågstadiet vid Vilbergsskolan gör sig påminda.
