Healthy Coconut Balls

I tried this delicious recipe last Tuesday when we got almost all of our teammates from Team Reebok over for dinner. It’s a simple, healthy and a very good recipe. Perfect for everyone that follows Paleo 🙂 We do all need something sweet every now and then !!


1 cup raw cashews

2 cups dates

1 tablespoon sesamum

1-2 teaspoons peanut butter (organic)

1 teaspoon acacia honey

I teaspoon vanilla drops

½ cup coconut flakes

½ cup water

1 tablespoon cocoa powder (organic)

1 teaspoon cinnamon


Start by mixing the cashews and dates together in a food processor or blender. Then add the other ingredients and blend thoroughly. Make small balls with your hands and roll in coconut flakes or cocoa (optional). The balls are ready to eat right away or they may be refrigerated for couple of hours to become firmer.
