Open starts in a few weeks, are you ready?

Not sure I am =), but maybe yesterdays WOD had something to do with it?

The workout was really hard, but that´s exactly what I need right now!

Yesterday I did:

Within 8 minutes – build up to a 5 rep deadlift ( not max )

105 kg – did not wanted to go heavier today, beacuse of todays WOD. Felt really good, no back pain

Then..

5 rounds for time of:

25 wallballs 14 Lbs

12 deadlift 70 kg

Rest 3 mins

5 rounds for time of:

12 Thrusters 25 kg

25 burpees

The good this is that even though it was hard, I felt no back pain at all.

This was the first metcon I have done with deadlifts since my injury. Very happy!

Next few days programming´s gonna be spicy =)
