Team Reebok CrossFit Nordic vs. Team Thor

The CrossFitters from Team Thor in Iceland asked us recently if we were interested in participating in a little challenge with them, as a preparation for the European Regionals in May. In this challenge both teams get to decide one WOD that both teams do. We then film the workout for the other team to see it and learn from it. Team Thor chose the first WOD that we did on Thursday. It was a really fun workout that included a lot of muscle-ups. This is what we did:

Two guys and two girls, starting with the girls, do:

10 Muscle-ups
20 Deadlift (85/120)
40 Wall Balls
10 Muscle-ups
20 Clean & Jerk (55/80)
40 Toes 2 Bar
10 Muscle-ups
20 Snatch (40/60)
40 Burpee over the box

Both teams had some ”no reps” like you can see in the videos but we didn’t really have any strict standards going into this workout. You can see that the teams did a lot of things differently and we definitely learned a lot from seeing the performance of Team Thor and ourselves. We will try to have stricter standards in our next challenge, in the WOD we get to choose:)
